Bookings

Bookings can be made through our social or online.

A 30% Non refundable deposit is now required at the time of booking.

Your booking must be confirmed 48 hours before your appointment or it will be cancelled out.

All deposits are non refundable, you can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours beforehand.

CANCELLATIONS & No Shows

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we ask you do so 48 hours before your appointment. Please remember you do receive a txt message from our booking system FRESHA which allows you to make changes online 48 hours beforehand.

If you cancel less the 48 hours’ notice given, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will need to rebook again. Please understand that late cancellations are a loss of business for us, we can’t fill the appointment with little time given.

NO SHOWS will NOT be rebooked until full payment is made.

REDO POLICY

If for any reason you are not 100% happy with the outcome of your service, please contact the salon within 7 days of your service to discuss your concerns.

We at BHC strive to give you the best quality service when you’re in salon. We highly recommend you speak up straight away if you have any concerns.

Though we like to make sure our consults a thorough beforehand, so this does not happen & we both agree before the service starts.

Please be mindful we do not offer refunds/free hair dos for change of mind after your service is complete.

DEPOSITS POLICY

When making a booking through our socials, over the phone or online booking, we do require a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.

Appointments are not secure until deposit is paid. If your deposit is not paid 48 hours before your appointment OR you have not confirmed with us, it will be cancelled.
